Porcelain buttons
Rösler CeramInno seals beverages with its porcelain closures in a hygienic, completely leak-proof, and sustainable manner, and creates that very special sound when opened: the “pop.”
A 3K premium porcelain closure knob patented and trademarked throughout Europe.
Consists of a porcelain upper and a pressed two-component sealing cap. A newly developed porcelain/special ceramic formulation ensures perfect fit, dimensional stability, and exceptionally high compressive strength and edge impact resistance, as verified by independent test series conducted by Fraunhofer IKTS Hermsdorf. An acid- and alkali-resistant special glaze, along with special ceramic printing inks, ensure long-lasting luster and durability of the glaze and the printed image for years to come. Single- and multi-color logo prints can be produced at any time. The feel and the sound of the ceramic top when the cap is tapped against the bottle convey solidity, premium quality, and the highest perceived value—qualities that only this special ceramic material can offer on the market. Very high-quality, UV-resistant specialty TPE for optimal “pop” characteristics and the best permeation properties on the market. The TPE material was developed over a period of two years specifically to meet the needs of breweries. Thanks to the secure connection between the sealing cap and the porcelain top, contamination behind the seal is no longer possible. The sealing cap can no longer be separated from the ceramic body due to its secure clamping connection. The 3K knob was specifically developed as a pasteurizable closure system and easily withstands internal pressures of more than 10 bar. Ideal for beer-based mixed drinks, Radler, or wheat beer. Comprehensive migration tests are conducted at regular intervals by an independent testing laboratory to ensure flavor neutrality at all times.
Classic and tried-and-true closure button
The classic and highly proven closure cap with a loose TPE gasket and a spherical outer contour for excellent sealing performance on the bottle neck. A newly developed porcelain/special ceramic formulation ensures a perfect fit, dimensional stability, and exceptionally high compressive strength and edge impact resistance, as verified by independent test series conducted by Fraunhofer IKTS Hermsdorf. An acid- and alkali-resistant special glaze, along with specialized ceramic printing inks, ensure long-lasting luster and durability of both the glaze and the printed image for years to come. Single- and multi-color logo prints can be produced at any time. Excellent feel, appearance, and dimensional stability, combined with the unmistakable sound when opening the bottle, are the hallmarks of the porcelain ball stopper. It offers optimal value for money compared to lower-quality plastic stopper buttons.

Excellent tactile feel, appearance, and dimensional stability, combined with the unmistakable sound when opening the bottle, are the hallmarks of the porcelain DIN cap. It offers an optimal price-performance ratio compared to lower-quality plastic caps.

For hygienic reasons, porcelain is an excellent material for bottling spirits. A newly developed porcelain/special ceramic formulation ensures a perfect fit, dimensional stability, and exceptionally high compressive strength and edge impact resistance, as verified by independent test series conducted by Fraunhofer IKTS Hermsdorf. A loose TPE sealing washer ensures a precise seal for schnapps or grappa bottles. Special colored glazes resistant to acids and alkalis, or high-quality finishing options using ceramic decals, reflect the premium standards of the bottled spirits and their distilleries. The Porcelain Mini Knob is the perfect closure for fine spirits, as it offers an unmatched combination of tactile feel, visual appeal, and perceived value—qualities that connoisseurs of select spirits truly appreciate.
Of course, Rösler CeramInno also manufactures the “large” porcelain caps, including high-quality TPE sealing washers, in the colors of your choice. The trendy and extremely sustainable glass bottles with large swing-top openings—ideal for water or milk bottles—are perfectly sealed with Rösler’s 40 mm and 35 mm closure knobs.
The unique feel and appearance of these cap elements—glazed over their entire surface in your choice of colors—emphasize the premium character of the respective bottles. Of course, these caps can also be customized with logo prints upon request.

Environmentally sustainable and economically attractive
Recycling of Complete Clip-On Caps
The 3K knob is ideal for recycling and a second life cycle lasting up to 10 years.
Due to the durability and unmatched hygiene of the glazed 3K porcelain cap, the porcelain top—including its fired-on decorative design—can be reused for up to 10 years.
The recycling of swing-top closures—which are removed from the filling line at the brewery or beverage bottling plant using camera technology or swing-top tension measurement—proceeds as follows:
Rösler picks up all swing-top caps intended for recycling from breweries and beverage bottlers. Ideally, the swing-top caps should be loose in big bags and are transported to Rösler in Schauberg.
Rösler disassembles the swing-top closures into their individual components, enabling the sorting and environmentally sustainable recycling of stainless steel wire, plastic sealing caps, and printed 3K porcelain buttons.
In the next step, the porcelain tops are washed in an industrial washing machine to ensure compliance with the highest hygiene standards. Afterward, new sealing caps are fitted to the porcelain tops, and finally, a new 3K clamp closure is installed.
