The products refined at Rösler CeramInno using state-of-the-art firing technology are used in the chemical industry, the ceramics industry, and even the automotive industry. Rösler CeramInno also handles the packaging of the final product into containers such as sacks, drums, or big bags—depending on the customer’s preferences.

Rösler CeramInno offers the following different furnace technologies (gas-fired and electrically heated) for test calcination on a kilogram scale and production runs on a 3- to 4-digit metric ton scale:

Contract Calcination/Contract Sintering
Calcination, Sintering, and Screening
After clarifying the product-specific requirements, we work with the customer to evaluate the ideal combustion curves for the respective bulk materials. The combination of technology, experience, and expertise guarantees our customers the highest quality and rapid availability.
Firing kilns with various capacities—up to 4 metric tons of fired finished product per day—are available. A wide range of temperature profiles, from 0 to 1,620 °C, can be individually controlled in the kilns according to the requirements of each product.
Screening to a fineness of up to 60 µm is performed upon customer request prior to the picking of bulk materials, spray granules, or powders.
Rösler CeramInno’s proprietary development is the SiC/ Al₂O₃ kiln cartridges , manufactured from a special blend of materials. Because various bulk materials often place specific demands on kiln handling aids to achieve optimal quality, Rösler CeramInno has developed and produced a range of kiln cartridges in-house. This allows Rösler CeramInno to flexibly develop customized kiln handling aids for all of its customers’ bulk materials.
Custom-Size Processing
As a specialized service provider, Rösler CeramInno offers a full range of services, from raw material procurement and slurry preparation in tumbler mills or dissolution mixers to spray drying and subsequent protective sieving.
Spray drying
The spray dryer, with an hourly capacity of approximately 1,000 kg of spray-dried granules, makes it possible to produce specialty granules for a wide variety of applications. The raw materials are first ground to a homogeneous consistency in drum mills according to the customer’s own formulations.
The spray granules undergo protective screening immediately after the drying process. The dried spray granules are then packaged in bags or in special containers specified by the customer.
Quality Assurance System and Testing Procedures
As a DIN ISO 9001-certified company, Rösler CeramInno guarantees extremely high quality standards as well as complete transparency and traceability at every stage of the production process. Quality parameters (such as the BET specific surface area inm²/g) can be measured continuously, quickly, and flexibly in-house.
Logistics
As a full-service provider, Rösler CeramInno handles all logistics—from sourcing raw materials to shipping the finished, picked, and labeled drums, bags, or big bags in accordance with customer standards.
